Why is she above presenting an award?

Unless it's a big achievement(ie Britney's award in 2011) I don't think an artist of her status should be a presenter. Same goes for Beyoncé, MJ, etc.

No thank you. Presenting is usually reserved for new artists or ones that are struggling. Gaga doesn't fall into either of those categories.

A bit off topic since it's not instagram, but I find it weird that Britney Spears followed Gagadaily and LadyGagaNow on twitter long before she followed Lady Gaga herself.
