Katy has to have people to help her write and they  aren't on tour with her. Katy wasn't even half done Prism, and then a week later Gaga announced ARTPOP along with Applause's release date. Then suddenly Katy's done with her album and ROAR is being released a week before Applause. Not blaming Gaga. Just saying she should release the album when there's going to be less competition. I mean I would not be surprised if Gaga keeps everything secret about the album (included the release date) because of those kind of management moves from her contestants. By hiding the release date and the album content, she controlling absolutely everything about her next era, and she can avoid another Prism vs ARTPOP to happen...
