Gagapedia only has 2 versions of Garibay's remix listed, the Finally Remix and the Puke Film Remix, so I do think its fanmade. Also, I tried to search for you but every remix is listed wrong. When its the Fernando Garibary remix it's really the Jeppe Laursen Remix. Sorry I wasn't any help.
