Gaga was in the middle of promoting an album, or at least she was trying to promote it, so why would she mention anything negative? I don't think Gaga was trying to be deceitful. She was simply promoting her album and was being a professional, keeping her personal life private. I don't care what you think about unless it is about me. She said she puts all her pain into the music and then when she finishes there is nowhere to put the pain. This is something she goes through for every album cycle.
