All of these theories make a lot of sense, tbh.  I tend to agree with @Totodile, though.  I think he hit the nail on the head with his post.

I don't care what you think about unless it is about me.

Isn't it a reference to victim blaming? She's drinking, she's out of control: 'maybe I should have a little more just to stay out of my mind', and she's acting like an animal; it's mocking the idea that she somehow led him on with her 'provocative' behaviour.

But she says she doesn't act like an animal when she is on the d--gs.

when she says that maybe she should have a little more to stay out of her own mind, she probably means that when she's sober, all her bad, destructive thoughts start rolling in, and when she's not using d--gs, she has no way of escaping those feelings, thus being a "swine"

I like this interpretation. Are you saying that because people/a person acted like a swine to her by raping her now she needs d--gs to cope? Now in order to not act like a swine herself (by doing disgusting things or having terrible thoughts) she needs the d--gs? Her abuser made her into a swine by flipping a switch in her brain from all the trauma. It reminds me of how many children who are s-xually abused go on to become abusers themselves when they get older. Im not saying Gaga is a s-xual abuser but maybe she does something now to herself or others that she knows is wrong but it is caused by past abuse.

She feels disgusted and ashamed and hates herself, in the moment.

Sounds pretty close to what I was thinking..

like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still. My words give a clue, look inside to see whats true

It's more about how he is seeing her, not what actually happened or what she was doing. It's a reference to his perspective. (That's just how I'd interpret it, anyway!)
