Like...maybe fighting for transitioning to be easier. Like..we have to jump through 10 flaming hoops to just to transition. We have to go through gender therapy to make sure we want to transition. YEAH WE WANT TO DO THAT. A woman can meet with a surgeon to get a boob job to make her feel prettier but Transgender people have to go through so many steps. Nicole 1,809 Posted June 29, 2015 Share Posted June 29, 2015 I think she should definitely continue to show her support for trans rights through the many platforms she has access to to reach as many people as she can, but leave the main spotlight for people such as Laverne Cox or Caitlyn Jenner. She would be much more appreciated in that sense. People with the lived experience (those mentioned) of any type of marginalisation (trans rights in this case) shouldn't be overshadowed by allies with the same degree of social power (gaga in this case).
