If its really bad, youre allowed to break your fast.I don't think there's a connection between someone dying from heat wave and some shop refusing to sell water, it makes more sense that it's a coffee shop/restaurant type of places and not grocery stores where you can buy bottled water.I mean, what if you're buying it for later?
