I just noticed. OP what the hell do you mean by "ghetto" Being smart to my understanding doesn't make you level headed? Level headed, at least from my understanding and the way the OP uses it, refers to being calm, rational. focused and generally stable. Madonna and Gaga are both geniuses but both have had their moments of instability. She does have anxiety and depression, which im pretty sure started before she was famous and just worsened as her life got more stressful. I also wouldnt be suprised if she has another type of mental disorder. Remember when she said she hears voices and has since she was a child? She also says that its very hard for her to relax, that her mind is alway racing with thoughts and creative ideas. She is a very sensitive and emotional person. When people betray her like Troy, her assistant that sued her, ect, she is deeply affected. This is understandable but can be harmful to her psyche.
