theMonster5 74
Check out this story of a cop killing a hard-head teen during a traffic stop. The cop asked nicely a few time "Driver License, Registration and Proof of Insurance, Please", but this smart-mouth kid try to talk around the cop. The teen is committing a misdemeanor for not providing his ID at a traffic stop for flashing his high beam. The teen could have said this nicely to the cop and everything would be fine,"Sorry Officer, I thought your SUV has its high beam on. I think I forgot my ID and I will call my girlfriend to bring the ID and here's my car registration and insurance. Please give me a warning instead. I'm really sorry." Then the teen accept the ticket and go to court. But this teen is a pothead who has been smoking and he's being too rebellious, then tried to resist and fought the cop who then shot him in self-defense. (Like the Trayvon Martin case.) Read the story and judge yourself.
monsterdreams 1,529
Don't think a teen being rebellious after smoking pot is a reason to take his life away. The U.S. justice system is messed up (from what I can see anyway) Haters gonna need more than a flashlight for my shade

FATCAT 60,929
This guy was just being stupid. He was resisting arrest for a small charge! I don't know what happened after the initial struggle, but unless the kid endangered the officers life, he shouldn't have shot him. Should have just tazed him! Gagamel 3,410
I never can agree on either side on matters like these. The kid is a obviously a retard, smoking pot and not having his license while driving, then provoking the cop instead of just explaining the situation. But the cop has many non-lethal weapon choices to use before going for his gun, and if some random teenager can bring a veteran cop to the ground so easily, what the hell. Tropico 4,145
The teen was definitely being stubborn but he clearly knew what the policeman could and could not do. Like pull out his gun because he's unarmed. So this policeman shooting him in "self defense" was over the top. This guy didn't pose a fatal threat. The policeman should be charged with murder. ♢ Social Justice Enthusiast ♢
ItsTommyBitch 12,640
From the report if you read under the YouTube description. After the teen got tazed for resisting arrested, the teen fought the police and got on top of him and punch him, the cop pulled out his gun and shot in self-defense. Just like the Trayvon Martin case. George Zimmerman was not a cop, nor did he have any right to arrest someone for doing nothing wrong but walking home This cop also did not stalk this teenager under racially motivated pretenses, can we please not conflate the two They are totally different stories Regardless of this decision to not charge him, this is so unfortunate. It's all over a terrible case of flashing lights? You can hear in the kids voice that he thought the guys lights were on and he genuinely forgot/left his stuff. His family and friends say that he had been watching videos and knew what was appropriate in a cop-civillian encounters. You can hear the tension rising when the cop replies to him and cuts him off and it just gets worse from there. It's really sad Maybe its my own bias, but the cop sounded particularly smug and im sure that didn't help the situation These things just make me so sad 私自身もこの世の中も誰もかれもが, どんなに華やかな人生でも, どんなに悲惨な人生でも, いつかは変貌し, 破壊され、消滅してしまう. すべてがもともとこの世に存在しない一瞬の幻想なのだから
Azor Ahai 18,861
Unjustified "self-defense" , murder by the police. What's new?
Dayum 240
Don't think a teen being rebellious after smoking pot is a reason to take his life away. The U.S. justice system is messed up (from what I can see anyway) Being orally rebellious was not the reason. He physically refused arrest and physically attacked the police officer. The police officer just instinctively applied force in self-defence. Just a question of law or jury whether in the circumstance it was reasonable. The men scared for their lives and pulled out a gun and killed the teens. Both men are cleared of wrong doing.
