Maybe if the UK steps out of the EU..And also, I think that it's only a snapshot - a difficult decision like this shouldn't be decided with a 51% majority on one date. It needs multiple referenda spread out over different years to get a good idea of what the people actually want, with the average of those referenda. It's sadly over forver. :( Scotland has given away its unique once in a life time chance to become independent. It will not be independent for the next 50 years, maybe never. Scotland HAD the possibility. Scotland chose to remain British. Now, they don't get the choice again. I feel sorry for the large minority that voted YEs - they now suffer because of the NO majority. You will be poor and in trouble." And then, out of sudden, the Yes-majority will fall down by 10%, under 50% .................. The moment they were the first sign of a Yes vote through ONE poll all 3 main parties were in Scotland begging for us to stay. They even brought in Gordon Brown who was in "tears" about a Yes vote. People here in Scotland is seeing through the tories antics same with the Red Tories. If they didn't have something they wanted they wouldn't of cared about the vote but we had something the Westminister Esttablishment wanted so they came up a week before the referendum and scaremongered. Many people are seeing through them now. When the tory cuts bite most of Scotland will be crying out for another referendum. Watch this space the things is, even if there was another ref.; suddenly the British politicians would show up saying "Oh Scotland, if you leave us, your economy will crash down.
