LORD GAGA 1,271
Diplo is just plain irritating at this point he's like another perez hilton but with a 'producer' as his profession instead of professional stalker, both people are like poison.

Haroon 49,685
They're both allowed to be s-xy I think he phrased it horribly but I see a point behind all the ridiculousness. I'm assuming that he's surprised that the some same people who are pro-trans issues are ageist which does seem kinda peculiar because you'd think pro-trans people would be more accepting and age wouldn't mean anything to them because we'd probably moved passed that ages ago
GHGUY 230
I'm sorry I'm a firm believer that there is a time and age for everything. If I saw a 20 or 30 year old still playing with toys and wanting to act like a baby/toddler, I would think there was something wrong with him or her and I bet you all would too. This is no different. i feel the reason a lot to you defenders of Madonna find it acceptable is because she is trying to appeal to your age demographic. Since many of you are at the age where it's okay to party and club and act wild and date people around their 20's you don't see why Madonna cannot either. Just like how little kids don't see anything wrong with a grown adult acting like a little kid on tv because that type of behavior is their norm. But when you see someone older (and 20-30 years older mind you) doing the same thing it just shows lack of maturity, and lack of maturity will bring on criticism by many. Many of of you keep claiming than she is fighting ageism but how is she really doing that? If she wants to show that older people can still party and have fun why is there no other 50 or 60 year old in that video? Instead it comes off more like "look, I'm still young, I'm still happening, I can be cool" if "b---h [she's] Madonna" then she has nothing to prove. She shouldn't try to fit in and she should just say "f*** you, I'm cool and I'm a bad b**** and I have nothing to prove" instead it seems like she does have something she wants to prove. Plus the song seems self-celebrating... Like great your Madonna and you can do whatever you want... How can her fans or casual listeners relate to this? We certainly aren't Madonna and can't do all the things she can do on a daily basis. It it just seems odd that someone who had such a brilliant album like RoL that had such maturity for her to go back to this. Hard Candy, MDNA, and some of Rebel Heart just have such awfully immature songs that makes me question which Madonna I am to believe? The artist who sang frozen or the artist who is now shouting Bitch I'm Madonna. I don't see why her fans can't see why it's possible to be s-xy while still acting her age... Being in a party scene getting drunk and making out with hot young guys isn't s-xy... Not for a 50 year old and quite frankly not even for a 20 year old... It just looks sloppy. But to each their own it's a free country she can act however she wants... But she should also accept the fact that there will be criticism too. CroatiaGeisha 19
Agreed. Its crazy to think that a generation has passed and yet society is still so intensely challenged by Madonna's manipulative & provocative approach to social taboos and standards, some may see it as form of destruction to her legacy, but they cannot see the bigger picture here, its an obvious extension to her legacy. And 20 years from now when it becomes a norm or at least more socially accepted people will be thankful for her. There was a time when Madonna WAS seen as badass and she genuinely has done a lot to break social taboos especially when it comes to women's s-xuality.... But the issue here is that somewhere in the early 2000s, the media became flooded with her hypers-xual doppelgängers (think Britney, Christina, and many many other figures in TV, film and music). You could say she did her job too well- female s-xuality, whether it be "girl power" or "party animal" is EVERYWHERE now. This video seems like it could have been done by any 20 year old, and nobody would bat an eye or care anything of it. Instead, people roll their eyes because of her age. They're not supposed to roll their eyes. They should be made to feel shocked and uncomfortable, like many were when Caitlyn Jenner came out. I'm not saying she's lame for doing doing this, but she's not pushing boundaries to the extent that she or many of her fans think she is. Go look up some pictures of Daphne Selfe... that's the kind of thing I think would make some great commentary about beauty, s-xuality, and age. So, in summation: nothing against this, but it isn't quite bold enough to be provocative/revolutionary imo.

Thomas P 18,479
Caitlyn is finally free in her own skin.Madonna needs to hold back a bit (she has clearly been free in her own skin for years), but I still do think that if anyone else was in that kinda shape in there 50's that they should show off. Sorry I’m a simple guy to please, if you like Melodrama, we chill.

RAMROD 107,765
Complicated. Think both persons should be allowed to do what they do. Maybe Diplo actually meant it this way?? PaperIz 7,338
Madonna has had her whole life to be a s-xy woman, but Caitlyn has never been afforded such an opportunity. Madonna is allowed to do whatever she wants, but I think people are just tired of her s-x shtick. Find another outlet maybe? Also diplo is really rude.
