I'm sure her label wouldn't want her to not promote some sort of new material. Anyway, I don't think Katy will be having the same sort of power she's seen with TD. PRISM only spawned two hits out of five singles. She's becoming suffocated by her own childish image, especially with the likes of Taylor Swift churning out songs that have similar productions but are more mature. We all know Rihanna is probably getting #1 with her lead single like always. And Adele....is Adele ! For Madonna, I don't think she'll be a threat. David Guetta is coming in Late November with a brand new single featuring Nicki Minaj (he said it's similiar to Turn Me On). I think we shouldn't understimate this track. + New Nicki Minaj album coming. She hasn't released anything in a long time and her fans and radios are probably craving for new Rihanna music ! Katy has been present a lot since mid 2013. And she's definitely fading with her two last singles. I don't think it's a good idea to release new music now... There si rumor circulating that LL won't be single because she fell out with someone who worked on it. So its either Max Martin, Dr Luke or Bonnie. She was seen with Bonnie in Morroco, so she isn't the one.
