That's a silly question when it comes from a Lady Gaga fan tbh! Gaga has taken ideas of others in the past, we enjoy that because she has elaborated these ideas in her own perception and make them hers! Why do you think we shouldn't enjoy Katy's "copies" in the same way? Does her team just sit around and watch the work of others, tablets in hand taking notes? Haroon 49,685 Posted May 12, 2014 Share Posted May 12, 2014 Hey guys. I went to this show last night. I was Reflection Section (which I'm not too much of a fan of) and the show was super great. Katy's vocals were mostly on point but she did have a cold so she did sound nasally a lot of the time however. Also, there was staging issues in stage transpor so everything was late by atleast an hour. t Icona Pop didn't start until 8:50, Katy at 9:30 and a lot of props were missing like the sunflowers in the acoustic section too but it was still a really great show. Just as good as the CDT. If anyone has any q's, hit me up. Hiiiiiiiiiii I'm planning on going to one of the London dates, but I was wondering whether to get GA or Reflection Section? My plan is to get there around 9-10AM anyway so I'm bound to get an amazing standing place, plus I'm tall so I'll definitely be able to see the show anyway Like I got first/second row in GA at The Born This Way Ball and I enjoyed it a LOT, like I didn't care about not being in the Monster Pit HELP Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Even though Katy lacks some stage energy compared to other performers, it's no lie her team knows very well what they are doing. You wanna call them 'blatant' copies', GO AHEAD. No one can deny how well excuted and elaborated everything is in the show, and that is the reason why people keep coming back to detect any flaw and whine about it. It just shows how much Katy matters to them nowadays, and that's something we must congratulate her team for. They sure know how to keep her relevant, even for haters. She's not the best singer or the best dancer at all, but when you listen to the acoustic section of the show, you'd be just a mere pure hater to deny there isn't any talent to back up Katy's gimmicks! She is so good with the guitar and her voice fits so well with this type of performances. Don't kill me, but I wish Gaga had a team like that one of Katy's, so her concepts and ideas would end up being so well developed, like for the Prismatic World Tour. Visually, this tour can only be compared to those of Madonna's or Kylie Minogue's, who are artists that have been around for over 30 years! People are buying tickets to see her show around the world, and to me there is no question why. If you're just a delusional Gaga stan, you will never understand there are different type of performers for every taste, and Katy ends up giving her public what they want. I really don't see too many KatyKats on the internet complaining about Katy's recent works, including this show, the same way a lot of Gaga fans complain about her work (I loved the artRAVE too, so don't come at me for that). So stop falling in contradictions when you come here and h8 on Katy, or at least back it up with more elaborated opinions. Plus let the ones who enjoy Katy, keep on doing so, because we definitely got reason for that! This show is GREAT!!! 8.5/10 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
