I'm not to be honest.

Her music (let's face it, it's pop.) Is instrumentally repetitive. So blanking for even a SECOND. Is a threat. She dances, maintains charisma, acknowledged outside mystery factors, having minor cues such as "Daddy" "Mama" "Falling" "kisses" makes sense.

And then on the dancing side,120 minutes of choreo. "Right and 6 and seven 8" it makes sense.

That wouldn't really help, in Madonna's case since she usually switches up the songs live. Idk, I know nothing about this sort of thing

sure, but artist usually record the reworked new version in the studio, probably for rehearsals, and I assumed for guidance when they sing.

There's a rumor about the DVD stating that it will be filmed in Australia (I think it was for the Sydney dates), I expected it to be filmed there, however it was posted in an apparently reliable site (I don't have the link right now) saying that It was going to be either televised in Australia or used for a further DVD release 

Hopefully we will get a DVD, this tour is awesome . I do hope she doesn't over edit it and/or hires professional directors like Jonas Akerlund again..
