Former Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley has launched his Presidential campaign for the Democratic nomination. He is the third democratic candidate for President for the 2016 election. Some see him as a true challenger against Hillary Clinton for the nomination, even though many think Hillary will clinch the nomination with ease. What do you all think? Will he be a Dark Horse and knock Hillary out of the nomination. Discuss.

Since Hillary is a very polarizing figure, it will be interesting to see if either she or someone else will get the nomination.

That's what I was thinking! She's got a history that may damage her chances of getting the nomination. I don't know much about O'Malley but he seems to come into the race with a clean slate.

JFK 2.0? :pole:

For the sake of his entire family's well-being, let's hope not.

His website is clean and attractive. I definitely prefer it to what I've seen from other candidates thus far.

Even if he doesn't win the nomination, I like that he and Bernie Sanders present a challenge to Hillary so she can't just slide in. I can see him being a John Edwards to Hillary's Obama.
