Kinda like the circle of life, one wedding is about to end so the birth of another wedding begins  For fear of stepping on toes it's not something I'd do though  I'm not sure how I'd react if that was at my wedding, I mean the proposal happiness only lasts for a short while, whilst the wedding celebration happiness lasts for the whole event
