What would you feel about Eurovision starting at 20.00 CET instead of 21.00?
Accoring to ESC Today the Swedish broadcaster SVT will leave a proposal to EBU to begin the show one hour earlier, in favour for the countries where Eurovision starts late at night so even more kids can watch.

Poland has confirmed participation and so far 25 countries are confirmed.

The deadline for countries to submit their respective applications in order to participate has been set on 15 September, hereafter all applicant countries have a grace period until 10 October to decide if they are to stay in the competition or not without facing a financial penalty.
