Well, at least Madonna never acted like she was above it all, she kept it real. Gaga, on the other hand, not only played the victim card,  but made a few (obvious) lowkey and highkey unnecessary punches here and there - and that was when her passive act fell off.

What do you mean by at least, whatever your excuses Madonna was still the one who started the drama (that she badly needed for MDNA promo lol). :ohwell:

At the end of the day, she expressed herself in an artistic manner. And when she was asked about Gaga in interviews, she replied with most honesty. Punch line is ; she kept it real. :ohwell:

It's not the same. She broke her hip and Perez was acting like a stalker.

I didn't say it was the same :saladga: I said it was funny. To me anyway  I only replied it to your message because you were explaining Gaga's post away by referring to "dark humor".

Screenshot or Link please, I can't see it.

Are you guys refering to the "Yes, drink that tea b---h"-Comment? I saw it back then, but she deleted it after just a few minutes. I also remember how she shaded Nicki Minaj on LM.com and briefly apologized afterwards. Maybe she was drunk.

Though I myself wish she hadn't made the reductive comment, it's undeniable that she had consistent praise for Gaga's talent every time she was asked about her, even in the same :reductive2: interview where she explicitly said that Gaga wasn't ripping her off as an artist. She did state that she felt like the BTW song and message were a safe copy of something she had already tried (a logic that might have sounded more legitimate if she explained it better) with Express Yourself, but that doesn't wipe away all the compliments she gave her.

I hope this doesn't come across as blind Madonna stanning, but I'm honestly just annoyed by fans overrating Madonna's "b---hy attitude" by just focusing on one incident, which was playful at best (from her part anyway), simply to finally be able to prove that Madonna was a cold-hearted b---h all along, as if she didn't praise Gaga in every interview she gave. Because, let's face it, even though Gaga herself had consistent praise for Madonna pre-2012, the majority of her fanbase already despised her. Y'all were just waiting for something to happen to finally shove her under the bus. And that's laughable and pathetic.

Gaga showcased on many occasions that she's just as b---hy, though.

& Yes, it was a visually interactive performance, therefor it was done in an artistic manner. Things like this shouldn't be explained on a lady gaga forum.

People defending Gaga and those attacking her are both in the wrong, tbh. You can't force people not to laugh if they find something funny, and you can't force someone to laugh if they don't.

Madonna started being a b---h, her fans went WAY overboard with the hate, Gaga kept quiet through most of it apart from a couple of jokes or speeches, one during a concert (which wasn't filmed and then released on DVD) and another on a fan site that requires a registration (and then deleted the comment).

It is hardly the public humiliation that Madonna put her through for a couple of years. Get real.

Still I understand why some people found it ironic and hypocrital. But Gaga is human, and if Madonna can be a complete b---h, then Gaga can be childish. Nobody's perfect.

And I'm over with these Madonna stans following every mistakes Gaga had done just to defend their fave. :thetea:

Erm, dude, that's not a reply to me or what I said. I didn't even say her lame tea joke was a mistake. So keep me out of your discussions with other people and reply to what I said, 'cause I wrote some good **** there :rip:

And for the record: Madonna is not my fav :miley: If you ever saw my MDNA/Rebel Heart dragging in action, you'd know better, but I guess you're too comfortable dismissing my opinions just because you've seen me praise something Madonna-related once.

As if you are the only ppl here who understand what's an art performance. There wasn't any artistic manner on what she'd done/said. :thetea:

That's true, you don't see any fans talking about David Bowie or Grace Jones dragging Gaga.
