Record producer Rob Fusari withdrew $2.3 million from bank accounts and entered a rehab facility in the months after he was ordered to pay $7.3 million to songwriter Wendy Starland for cheating her out of money she says she's owed for helping to discover Lady Gaga, Starland's lawyer claims.

In court papers filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court, Starland's attorney, William Dunnegan, claims that a review of bankruptcy records shows Fusari has made the cash withdrawals since Feb. 11, 2015 when the $7.3 million judgment was officially entered.

"I do not know what Fusari has done with the millions of dollars in U.S. currency, or whether any court in the United States will have the ability to recover this currency from Fusari," Dunnegan wrote.

Fusari's attorney, Guy Amoresano, could not immediately be reached for comment.

In November, a federal jury sided with Starland, who claimed she and Fusari agreed to share the proceeds if he helped her find a singer who was "edgy, bold, confident, charismatic and someone that you can't take your eyes off," according to her testimony.

Starland discovered Lady Gaga, then known as Stefani Germanotta, during a March 2006 performance at "The Cutting Room" in New York City. Fusari worked with Germanotta at his Parsippany recording studio and signed her to a record deal a few months later.

Dunnegan said the documents show that Fusari had liquid financial assets of more than $4.3 million on Oct. 31, 2014 before the jury reached its verdict. As of March 31, 2015, he had less than $436,000, the lawyer said.

He claims Fusari's lawyer told him after Fusari failed to appear for an April bankruptcy hearing "that Fusari has checked into a 'rehab' facility."

Dunnegan said he filed his review with the court because it was relevant to Fusari's lawyer's claim that the judgment "will take from him all that he has worked for his entire life, and likely bankrupt him."

People change over time

He suppose to pay up by a court order yet takes nearly all his money and ****s off to a "rehab center".

How much does that differ from the snake like behaviour he showed in the past?
