Statistically, blacks get caught and prosecuted, and receive more severe punishment for the same criminal activities than that of whites. I don't believe that whole communities are placed under arrest and thrown in jail but they live in an oppressive police environment to be sure.It think that Romney is a pretty good example of the disconnect that most politicians have from the people they are 'suppose' to lead. like a cat in a sil, I observe life, moving and still.
