Supersonic 49,376
Joseph Kent, a protestor was kidnapped by police on national television. No police statement has been released about his whereabouts, whether he is well or even alive since then. He got escorted in a national security van with typically no cameras on board and blacked out windows. The kidnapping takes place around the 1:08 mark as he stands there with his hands held high and multiple police officers pushing him into the van, which then quickly speeds away. Supersonic 49,376
isn't arrested the right word? either way i hope everybody is okay He wasn't "arrested". He's standing there waiting with his hands in the air while about 4 officers suddenly rush to him to push him into the arriving van and then quickly retreat to let the van drive away. Obviously that man had no clue what happened to him and CNN had none as well.
Bette Davis 12,742
@Simon being scooped up and sped away in a black hummer is definitely not the same as being arrested.. Cold as ice cream, but still as sweet.
Tropico 4,145
I saw it on tumblr and was both shocked and disgusted. He was peaceful and everything. We all see it. Then next thing we see, he's being dragged away. Who do we look to for protection now if our own police can't help us? When they're the ones we fear? Are we to take up vigilantism? I honestly don't know. What I do know tho, is America needs a better police force. ♢ Social Justice Enthusiast ♢
Didymus 34,380
lol, come on you guys, the reporter explains it himself. He's arrested and he's part of the group of others that were arrested earlier for being violent against police forces. Now quit it.

Mich 397
Stop spreading false info, he clearly wasn't "kidnapped" and if you would have given it 5 more seconds of thought before posting you would have noticed the giant text in the video that says CITYWIDE CURFEW IN EFFECT.Not only was he out after curfew but he was lingering in a riot zone - both illegal. His own stupidity.
Navy 495
He can't be kidnapped by the police. Clearly he was arrested, people are so ****ing stupid. The outrage about this "kidnapping" I'm seeing on twitter is so idiotic. This country is hell literally. Is it that hard to listen to the damn curfew? Was he even a protester or was he a rioter? All these people rioting in Baltimore are disgusting. So much ignorance in one town right now and the people on twitter, social media, exc. that thing its good and backing the fact that they're not peacefully protesting and rioting instead are just as stupid as all the people saying this criminal was kidnapped.
