Did you seriously post this just to show off Israel's help? :dies:

Sorry if that's not true, it's more of a joke, but the article's really interesting, you might wanna add something of what it's actually about (the struggles to organize the financial/volunteer aid) in the OP.

It's in the title. There's also a link provided to read the full article. There's already a thread regarding Nepal's humanitarian crysis.

I'm allowed to post whatever I want just like any of you who fights for its homeland good name and reputation. :proud:

Gosh, that's really sad.

"An opinion piece in the Haaretz newspaper went one step further, accusing the Israeli public of showing selective empathy by focusing only on the newborn infants, and not the women who had carried them."

Typical. Thanks for posting, this is interesting and on-topic too, it's about Nepal  So don't let those two get to you.

Why is it in a graph? To show off that the US is giving the most? Isn't that logic considering it's the biggest country of the graph? Why is american news not neutral?

And where is the other info? A lot of other countries gave millions. China sent 'only' 62 people based on the graphic? Well, they also gave 3.2 million  worth of humanitarian aid.

The way most European countries are just merged into European Union

The graph is a bit wrong and one sided.  The European Union gave 3.25 million but most European countries also gave money, help and stuff by themselves.
