- Hamas used some empty schools.

- IDF used some empty/destroyed Gazan schools and homes and defecated in them. Moral army.

- UN schools where 3000 refugees slept did not have any weapons inside or near them. They were deliberately attacked.

But.. :messga:

I'm not condemning Israel for attacking empty UN schools that are used by Hamas for hiding weapons and using them as a shooting basis, I agree with the report on that: it is unacceptable and the lack of security around them is actually to blame.

But I agree with the report as well that refugee shelters with hundreds of innocent civilians, protected by the UN, shouldn't be attacked. I'm willing to believe that the Rafah incident was an accident, but it doesn't explain the other attacks, especially since no weapons were found in the shelters after the attacks. I guess you're not gonna believe that, but I wasn't there, I didn't do the research and I'm not ready to believe yet that the independent board of inquiry spending months of research in the area are simply lying, especially since they did research separated from the UNRWA (a source that must be doubtful at all times) and found their statements to be correct.

All of what I'm saying is in the OP, so I really don't understand why you have to throw it at me like this is gonna somehow defeat my point.

So Israel is throwing killing civilian population intentionally because its funny & cool? :flop:

Do you know that Hamas was & still restricting reporters located in Gaza during the war? How on earth does the UN find it okay to let a terror organization with a bold-moto of destructing a UN member state to take a part in one of its missions?

Not to mention UNRWA that should never be taken as a legitimate source at all.

This whole war started because Palestinian militants kidnapped 3 Israeli teenagers on their way home and killed them. Hamas' has been firing rockets towards Israel constantly for the recent decade. I don't see how anyone could be siding with them.

1. I did know that, but it's off-topic.

2. I said UNRWA shouldn't be taken seriously, literally, myself. What's wrong with you.

3. I'm not siding with Hamas, I have condemned them for their UN school-related practices and so has the UN and this UN report.

Giving up now. I mean.. this is becoming too tragic.

Israel has admitted to mistakes on civilian targets in the past...

I have never seen any Hamas representative admit to anything.

Israel can bomb terrorist organizations all they want (preferably no bombing at all), but they have to leave the Palestinians alone. Israel is extremely agressive in its 'self-defense'. They had no reason to bomb these schools. 'they could have possibly contained weapons'. But they didn't. It's extremely sloppy. Thanks to the assumption that all UN schools contain weapons, eventhough they had the information to conclude that that wasn't the case, 57 civilians died, including foreign aid and mostly children.

I also disagree with bombing hamas in general, because it simply doesn't work. Get the terrorists in front of a judge, and let them be sentenced for their crimes, like in a true democracy. And hope that that happens for the many war crimes Israel commits.
