Please tell me this is a troll thread??... Her next album will be a masterpiece, mark my words. It will be a huge commercial success. She will never be as popular as in 2009-2010 again??? Get the **** out of here with that bull****. You damn know as well as I do that she will be even more popular than that. You and everyone else that is "scared" will feel so ****ing stupid when her next album slays the **** out of the charts and everybody. She will be the "it girl" again.

OMG I love your faith in her :woohoo2:

Seeing that Gaga is a HUGE part of my life, then worrying about her is worrying about my life. Girl Bye:bye:

there's a difference between acting like youre concerned for her well being and then concerned that she wont be the popular girl in pop high school and get millions more for selling out. she doesnt need more money, no one needs  a 180$million networth.

for example, fka twigs is pretty indie, ive never heard any of her music on pop radio and yet she produces amazing music and videos like "glass and patron" which is so well done and seriously rivals the majority of gaga's videography. but she is far from a millionare.

She needs to go back to FameGa.  Everything went downhill with TFM, I just suddenly realized.

i think so less of you for saying something so stupid my god.....

by the way her music was deeply sub par then...if she wants any legacy at all she will grow the hell up as a songwriter, which is practically the opposite of what you and the basic pop-ga loving stans like the op want....

I don't know why but some people somehow seem to equate good quality music with lukewarm success to poor sales, and conversely huge success to subpar quality. Where is the reason behind this? I think it's wholly unfounded and stems from unspoken jealousy.

That would be a horrible step backwards.  She would be her own parody tribute act.

That could be true at this point.  It's still amazing how dramatically she has changed since the beginning though.  It seems like most other artists did not.  She's also mentioned maybe she didn't need to change her entire look every era, other icons didn't do it.

Was this necessary?

I believe there's nothing to be 'scared' for Gaga's career at the moment, 'scared' in the sense that Gaga could no longer deliver decent-to-good record sales, at least for those who are concerned with her commercial brand, including the labels.

It's not as if Gaga's debuting or trying to hit the top of the mainstream for the need to 'worry' about her career, she has already done that with her first three major releases. And not only did she top the charts, but she dominated them in a way only comparable to the likes of Britney Spears, Madonna, and Michael Jackson with their solo breakthrough releases at a time when illegal downloading was non-existent or rampant, or individual digital song sales were not yet dominant over traditional album sales.

Within a short period of time, Gaga demonstrated a career worthy to be inducted in a Hall of Fame. I mean with her already being one of the most successful musicians of all time: 27 million albums sold, 130 million digital tracks sold, 6 GRAMMYs won, 13 VMAs among hundreds of awards, 3 massive global tours grossing more than $80 million each, top recognitions from Billboard, TIME, Forbes, RollingStone, and Guinness and not to mention her endeavours outside the music industry such as her own youth empowerment foundation, a top-selling perfume brand, her own social networking site, and all the recognitions from the socio-political and art communities... so again, is there really a need to be scared for her career when her career has already become one of the strongest, both commercially and critically, in recent history?

I'm not scared, and I'm sure Gaga is not scared either. If anything, I'm sure she's proud like I am (and perhaps millions more) for her. She's also only 29 years old. So young, and yet she has achieved things most people twice or thrice of her age have already achieved.

I don't have any more "likes" to give. I would like to nominate this post for an award.

Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."

Who cares about chart success and popularity when you can have quality music and critical acclaim?
