Highway Unicorn (Road to Love) would be a great opener. I mean, imagine the band playing the instrumental to the chorus (Gaga is not singing), slowly Gaga comes down the stairs behind the gates and sings "Run run with her t-" softly. When the "Run run with her top down baby she flies!"-line comes, the gate flies open and dancers run out all over the stage and Gaga starts singing the song!
