I was looking for that, thanks!

1/5th of Gaga's but that would make sense considering Gaga is a bigger star.

that's not really fair to compare Gaga's and Marina's credited personnel

Gaga is one of the biggest pop stars in the world, Marina is more of an underground artist, of course her team would be smaller than Gaga's

plus Gaga's recorded ARTPOP while touring with BTWB. she probably recorded her songs at multiple studios and each studio had their own personnel.

Gagas music is different than marinas, listen to Froot and G.U.Y , you can tell there has been more work done on gagas song, the intro, background vocals, production and much more, when marina kept it simple; but as you said the song that has more work done to it doesn't mean it's better, but I just wanted show the differences.

Understandable, but I don't think Applause needed 8 writers.

I don't get it... of course Gaga's music has many people behind it. It's not like Gaga can play every instrument and produce every song by herself  She wants all the experts so she can tell them what kind of sounds she's looking for - then they start working on the songs together (my idea of her working). After all she's a big part of the writing, actually I think she wrote almost all the lyrics herself. The producers are also credited as writers because producing is composing, and composing is considered as writing

I actually think FROOT is more complex than GUY

This is not a simple production, it's just less aggressive. :toofunny: There's sounds coming from all over.

Florian

Moreover, when Gaga records in Australia, she has to credits the australian technicians, when she records in France, she has to credit french technicians, etc.

In my opininon, that's why there are so many mixing assistants.

And Marina recorded in the same studio.
