(AP) — The Tennessee state House ignored serious constitutional concerns — and the wishes of Republican leaders in the Statehouse— in voting to make the holy Bible the official state book.The chamber approved the measure 55-38 on Wednesday. It is sponsored by Republican Rep. They are VIOLATING it. And no, Christianity is not a forced belief, but they are giving it preference in government, which is clearly against their constitution. Lower levels of Government can often screw up plans for instance Canadas Federal Government approved this really big pipeline project (bigger than Keystone) and it was suppostu have benefits Nationwide... But it didnt go through cause the Province of British Columbia disagreed and used its legal powers to override it and block its Construction in its land which basically cancelled the whole project now this was an economic case and ur talkig about a social case but the idea is the same.
