Police officer accidentally shoots black man, another says "**** your breath"

Oklahoma police shot and killed a man who was was fleeing after an undercover d--g deal. He was subdued then "accidentally" shot by a 73 year old reserve sheriff. Officers then placed their knees on his neck and replied "f*ck your breath" when he informed him he couldn't breath.
