What would you do if Gaga goes through a career destructive era in the future?

  1. 1. Would you be there for her?

    • Yes, till the end of time
    • Maybe, until it becomes too much
    • Abandoned, honestly

I'm sure if I could get through the pre-ARTPOP blackout AND the ARTPOP era...I could get through it again...

i don't think any musician has ever done anything that's career destroying, other than Azealia with her attitude & funnily enough Iggy with her success

Would you be here for Gaga when the world world turns against her

I'm not talking about something like AP/4/Rated R

but something destructive era like Erotica/American Life/Glitter/Impossible Princess

when she has nothing......commercially, critically, personally

At the time if she is labeled a national villain, would you still be with her?

I would stand by her to the day she is good

Wait, Madonna was labeled a villian? I know she's been accused of being a bit radical and overly promiscuous, but has she really been hated?

Honestly, I'm not here for the hits or the commercial success. I'm here for the music and creativity. True, I like a lot of songs that have been big successes (Pokerface, Bad Romance, Telephone, Applause, etc), and moderate successes (Judas, EOG, Lovegame), but I also enjoy the flops (MTN, G.U.Y.). If I like the music, while it may be disappointing it doesn't make the top 5 (or even chart), it won't impact my love for it. Same with the album. And her tours always seem pretty great. The artist is good, so the material will be good. That to me is enough.

So yes, I would stand by her. Even if I think she sold out for an era, I would give her a chance to prove me wrong for the next era. ONLY when I think she no longer gives a damn and wants to waste her talent, THEN I would leave.

Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."

Gaga doesn't have to be number one for me to like her and follow her career

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.

Candy Oyster

After Erotica Madonna released Ray Of Light

After Glitter Mariah released Emancipation

After Impossible Princess Kylie released Fever

So, each of them did a great job after those hard times, and all of them are nowadays recognized as legends.
