Bad Bromance

Except good music

Which should be the reason people stan for an artist...

And her sales weren't too bad.

This!!!!!   :applause:  On topic, I will always stan for Gaga because she is my # 1 artist.  In MTN, Gaga married the night, right?  Well, I am married to Gaga spiritually!  I love her to death and anything she releases I'll buy because I absolutely adore her beautiful vocals.   :flutter:

I don't care what you think about unless it is about me.

Lol yes how are we even worried for Gaga after ARTPOP, Britney's Blackout was a sure end to her career but then came Circus and Femme Fatale to save ha life. Lets act like Britney Jean doesn't exist I don't think the GP are even aware of it's existence.

Hope so I care about all those 3 Queens you mentioned. Gaga and Brit collab could slay me to shreds tbh, I don't see why it hasn't happened yet both have claimed interest in the idea and have even talked about it when Gaga went to Britney's Vegas show.

Yet Erotica is legendary , so is Bionic tbh. Some albums destructively flop but their impact is timeless both albums I mentioned come with a s-xual sensation that gives pleasure to some listeners that itself makes such albums addictive. Side note , a destructive era doesn't also necessarily mean a flop album see Britney's Blackout.

britney was aleady in a destructive era even before she released Blackout and Gimmie more

My Favs = Lady Gaga, Janet Jackson, Ricky Martin, AKB48

She had 2 huge hit, Applause (soon 3x platinum in US) and DWUW. And the album sold 2,3M only in 2013, so yeah she had "nothing"

edit: and ****ing amazing music

ARTPOP SHIPPED 2.3 million in 2013. It did not sold 2.3 million. it was reported by IFPI and IFPI almost all the time reports the shipments of an album, not their actual WW sales. ARTPOP had sold 1.3 million copies in 2013 and sold 700,000 more copies in 2014 while shipped 400,000 more copies in the same year. Applause was a hit, but I'll argue that DWUW (2.2 million WW & 1.2 million in the US) was not. I mean, even with a remix, performances, and other kinds of promo, it didn't even made it top 10 of Billboard Hot 100. And really? Applause was a hit but not a huge one. Is that how low you Little Monsters place your standards for a huge hit? Even though Teenage Dream has sold 4.6 million copies in the US (8 million WW) and is certified 5 times Platinum by RIAA, we KatyCats still don't consider it a huge hit. let a single that has sold 2.5 million copies in the US (4.3 million WW) and 3 times certified Platinum by RIAA alone. By the way, I am not trying to discredit Gaga. Half of artists today wish that they could sell half of that.

Define "career destructive". destructive by who's definition? Monsters? Just because Monsters don't like something Gaga does, doesn't mean the work is bad. Monsters really need to stop being so overly critical of what Gaga does. She doesn't have a number one for a while? BFD. B...F....D. :lana:

If the music is good, I'll remain unbothered.

I'm totally here for an era where's truly the embodiment of Creative Rebellion.

Impossible Princess was critically successful but a commercial failure.

If Gaga released something that was of a high caliber but not mainstream I would praise the heavens. A truly experimental and bold album from her would be incredible. Even better if she followed up with some truly avant garde performances and pushed herself even further.

Just because something is mainstream, does not mean that it's poor in quality or "low caliber". I can't with some people, why would anyone want her to do super experimental music? She is a pop star who wants to be relevant more than ever lately, not some indie artist singing for 20 people. Besides, if she did an unsuccessful yet "experimental" album we wouldn't even see her perform. Promo spots are booked for acts who have something marketable to promote
