His lawyers were trying to combat the argument by trying to put the blame on his older brother, saying Tsarnaev should not be guilty since he fell under his beother's influence. He has been found guilty on 30 criminal counts (may change) and will now be waiting to know if his punishment will be life in prison or the death sentence.Such a tragic thing he did. He had a full future ahead of him and he chose to harm many people. I still dont get how someone can have a crazy moment like this. Especially for someone who gave his own death penalty to so many innocents. I guess some people are just more civilized than others and won't support barbaric methods. Yeah, so civilized you've been constantly attacking each other for the past 2000 years I already know how the EU puts value on worthless things, their regulations on the transport of cabbage are longer than the American constitution and all its amendments, 27000 words of uselessness. Meanwhile in America people still have some common sense and the state will press for the death penalty.
