The original "executive artists", as they call them, have financial interest and own 3% of shares of Tidal each. Interesting.

Spotify already offered HQ sound for the same price. 

Most people (including audiophiles) won't notice any difference between a 320 Kbps MP3 file and a lossless file. 

​Most may not, but this is for those who care enough about it and/or have the high-end equipment necessary to notice the difference and won't settle for less, and if Tidal is providing them with what they want and fulfilling their requirements then they'll pay for it  

This whole argument about price and noticing differences is a lot like fashion in my opinion. Why buy a plain garment from a designer brand when you can buy it for a lot cheaper at a high street retailer? Because of quality and the name I guess

​You guys are so sad. I have never claimed to be a Madonna stan instead of a Gaga stan. I stan for both. And Tidal is good for Gaga too. She will also make more money of Tidal than Spotify, and can add exclusive content for her fans, just like intended on doing with LM.com

Sad you won't even support your own fave, just because Madonna and some other artists are co-owners (a 3% share in the company). Really sad.
