Espensive ass streaming service. :air: of course taylor joined it, she actually gets profit.

You don't deserve a point of view if the only thing you see is you.

i find it funny how all these people who're joining have proved in the past that money & attention is more important than music & showmanship to them. She won't join bc she loves her craft & unlike a lot of the artists supporting this; Madonna, Nicki, Rihanna etc she's not thirsty for money nor does money take priority unlike these singers.

If she joined i'd be very disappointed in how hypocritical it'd be + all the people supporting it are friends with Jay-Z or are on his label so if she does...

Huh?

What about Coldplay? Daft Punk? Arcade Fire? and many more that also in this?

These artists only promoting new streaming service.

Isn't it good to have a choice?

It often seems like she doesn't do much with that stuff. Of all the things Gaga could put on her page, why would she #TurnItBlue to promote a streaming service?

I could see her switching to the service, but ultimately I don't see her caring enough to make a big deal out of it.

"track Applause from the album Applause" default_deadbanana.gif

That's the single Applause so it's in it's own album with it's own artwork.

who are we to say she shouldn't? we're not the ones who are a big star who wants money coming on 24/7. she could have joined long ago & we never know! it's her  & her labels decison

I think that in an interview not long ago she slammed the streaming services so I doubt it.

Idk of the interview or words you're referring to but if she slammed the streaming services; wouldn't she be in more support of tidal; as it's 100% paid version?

Its been 2 years and some of you still don't get it default_air.jpg ... "Music not the bling" doesn't mean she hates money and wants nothing to do with it and that if she accepted money or made any money she's hypocrite of the year. :smh: . by "music not the bling" she meant that she writes music to express her feelings and spread a message and because she loves music and she doesn't write music so that she can top the charts. Of course it'd be a nice bonus if she tops the charts but that isn't a her primary reason to write music. She'd only be a hypocrite if she wrote music with the primary intention to sell millions of copies. So by her joining this Tidal streaming service, she isn't a hypocrite. She's just a business woman.

On Topic: I hope not. Spotify still gives her money and isn't as expensive. But I wouldn't fault her too much if she decided to. Business is business and her label probably has the greater say in whether or not she joins. :shryg:

music not the bling means she wants her music to be heard   and the money is not the most important thing

at least that's what i get from that sentence  but no one will ever know what gaga really meant so  :flirt:

If she does she'll focus on the lossless music thing and maybe repeat a bit of the contradictory simultaneously pro/con corporate businesses of her SXSW interview. The money argument obviously won't come up.

This tbh.

Believe it or not, but we are not her little managers. I'm sure Gaga and her team will choose the best path for her

Lose control. Let go and fall. Do you get the satisfaction?
