​Not if her label decided it for her. Most artist are already available on Tidal. Whether Gaga is part of the campaign like Madonna and Rihanna are is not clear right now. Taylor was rumoured to be a huge part of it, but she hasn't tweeted out anything as of yet. We'll find out in about 3 hours.
