Economy 52,859 Posted March 27, 2015 Share Posted March 27, 2015 And Toronto City Council is panicking over random 2-5 inch pieces of concret that started ramdomly crumbling off a major bridge that goes over a large area and has another road under it... They found cracks all over it after inspecting and eventually discovered that large bridge was actually overdue for maintnance 12 years ago but they messed up some paperwork and forgot about it and it never got done Now all of a sudden that doesnt seem so bad Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
