It's like someone had sucked out everything people loved about Gwen in favor of making radio filler. Her trademark quirk was gone. That said, I'm not saying we need an album full of Hair or Aura's catering to her specific fanbase.Gaga has to write make something from her heart, and hopefully do something at least slightly sonically different than what's on radio now. gagzus 15,937 Posted March 25, 2015 Share Posted March 25, 2015 i think she's definitely going for a mix of traditional & experimental, like TF meets BTW perhaps.She said herself before she gets sick of performing hits (aka stuff from TFM) so i doubt she'd make that sound again. if she has any marketing sense she'll make some dancier songs and release them in the summer of 2016 since the album isn't coming till then.I think she forgets that there's only a minority of her fans that strictly want experimental, because i'm sure NONE of us here would dislike her all of a sudden if we got a Just Dance 2.0 meets a Zedd song in terms of sound. No. Timeless, organic music that is well written and appeals to many just by being good, ala Adele? Yes. We know Gaga can do the latter based on her ballads and pre-Gaga work. Her "job" is to make music, make an "artwork" that people are gonna like or don't like.
