Anyway, like a few posts said on here, Iggy may have this whole appropriation stuff backwards and need to educate haself, but its things like this that explain why shes so blissfully ignorant. It's really easy to just say "**** the haters" when people create and do things like this. Being able to determine which criticisms are sincere or not would be really stressful and time consuming if you were a celebrity with a busy schedule im sure. Maybe if we tried to politely approach the topic instead of instantly hating on her for anythin she does wrong, it might make a difference. I swear, sometimes people in social justice dont remember that they used to know "nothing" about it and that your faves, or rather, EVERYONE is some form of problematic at some point. It's about listening and adapting and who are we to judge Iggy just because she isn't at that step yet? She obviously doesn't find it problematic herself. I'd argue that she should "know better" but really shouldnt everyone? At least people dont see Iggy as a huge role model these days . There's no law that forces celebrities to somehow become more knowledgable about social justice or less rude or just more educated in general so while I advocate for educating them, we shouldn't just immediately expect it. /rant
