what you guys think about this rumour ?

I read somewhere that this place can be an inspiration for the AHS 'Hotel' building

[POSSIBLE SPOILER]

Holmes arrived in Chicago in August 1886 and came across Dr. Elizabeth S. Holton's d--gstore. After the death of Holton's husband, Holmes offered to buy the d--gstore from Holton, and she agreed. Holmes purchased a lot across from the d--gstore where he built his three-story, block-long "castle". It was called the World's Fair Hotel.

The ground floor of the Castle contained Holmes' own relocated d--gstore and various shops, while the upper two floors contained his personal office and a maze of over 100 windowless rooms with doorways opening to brick walls, oddly-angled hallways, stairways leading to nowhere, doors that can only be opened from the outside, and a host of other strange and labyrinthine constructions. Holmes was constantly firing and hiring different workers during the construction of the Castle, so that only he fully understood the design of the building.

Holmes selected mostly female victims from among his employees. Some were locked in soundproof bedrooms fitted with gas lines that let him asphyxiate them at any time. Holmes would also lock his victims in a room where the walls were covered with iron plates and had blowtorches installed to incinerate them. One of the rooms on the second floor was called the "secret hanging chamber"; Where Holmes would take one of his victims and have them lynched. Other victims were locked in a huge soundproof bank vault near his office, where they were left to suffocate. The victims' bodies were dropped by a secret chute* to the basement, where some were meticulously dissected, stripped of flesh, crafted into skeleton models, and then sold to medical schools.

Oh sweet Jesus, the title really could be a solid link to H. H. Holmes's "Murder Castle" I don't think it will be a whole floor and it may not even be connected to Elizabeth. It could be a few torture rooms set up by Iris to relieve the stress of working for Elizabeth.

I have a feeling this season will be set in present and will be about vampires. First and third season were set in present and had strong supernatural storyline (ghost and witches) while second and forth were set in past and had just minor supernatural elements.

as a rabid AHS fan and Gaga fan + Chloe sevigny its all my favorite things mixed together

i think this season will thematically be about Addiction. every AHS season highlights a theme of "american horror". season 1:infidelity 2: Wrath/sanity 3: pride 4:envy (debatable)

Think....what do we go to hotels for? Pleasure. Pleasure can be d--gs, s-x, art ect.

there seems to be a highlight on s-xuality too which makes me think its gunna explore the horror of s-xuality. Both being conflicted and controlled by it.

i have a feeling Gaga's Nefarious plan involves some sort of cultish stuff( AHS hasnt done cults) paired with a kind of ***** House. she is clearly implied to be some sort of s-x fiend. having s-x with Matt Bomer, Finn Witrock, Cheynne Jackson and Angela Basset. So maybe her plan is the ultimate pleasure hotel of s-x d--gs and murder

Also, Sarah's character Hypodermic Sally is a d--g addict.

I'd be surprised if AHS took on something as played out as Vampires unless they had a really new spin on it.

This. I'd be pissed if it was vampires tbh, that's so boring.
