As you know, Madonna's Album Rebel Heart is predicted to sale 115-125k in it first week.

Some Madonna fans are talking about a "Conspiracy from Billboard, Soundscan and Lady Gaga"

A fan said on Billboard's web site:

There is a conspiracy!!  THEY ARE UNDERACCOUNTING MADONNA'S SALES to make younger artists like Lady Gaga  look good!! I have inside information that states she is doing 400k COPIES!!! Empire's numbers are ARTIFICALLY INFLATED by a few people with hundreds of TV's. And Madonna will sell more than 400k 1st week. They just are underaccounting the numbers to make madonna look bad and lady gaga good!!!

 

Another fan denounces:

MADONNA DID FAR MORE THAN THAT!!!  She is on track to sell at least 400k copies this week!! Soundscan is just underaccounting the albums to make her look bad. All of the music stores where I went to have the album completely sold out!!!!!
