​I don't think it's bad but I don't think it's the best, either.

You always have to remember that looks and visual style matter more than the actual song. To win Eurovision you need to have ca. 60% good visual style or a sad story to tell and ca. 40% good song.

​I liked Belgium (it was among my  personal Top 5) but I would feel depressed if someone so young would have won (only 19 years!! too young!!) , so I'm glad it turned out that way. It did well enough, though.

Arabella Kiesbauer was among the TV host, oh my dear I have almost  forgotten her

as a child I watched her talk show, she had a popular, own talk show on German-speaking TV, then she somehow disappeared and tonight she re-appeared, I was wondering "who is that person????"

 

I like her, she is admirable because she refused to do fake reality TV and stopped her talk show instead of switching to scripted talk shows. She is genuine.

Thank you for clarifying that. I think it's sad that some countries have adv.-breaks, so that they cannot watch the full show as it is intended to be. I didn't know until today that there are adv.-breaks.
