I think this whole moving the two gigs into one at the SECC effed all the Scottish tickets up. It's 6 days until the show and I've still got nothing. The hotline claims if you haven't got your tickets five days prior to the concert (which is a ridiculously close deadline), to call up their hotline. Seeing as it's Friday and the tickets take so many working days to get there, I could potentially still be without tickets 3 days beforehand, so my dad phoned up this morning (it's under his credit card but we used my cousin's details to get O2 priority tickets) and they claimed they'd been sent "quite a while ago," so why haven't we got them? They then said to type "letter" into the ticketmaster customer service section and fill in our details to claim a ticket at the box office on the day. But there's nothing coming up when I type in "letter." I'm really starting to get panicky about this. Why would she be given the budget for something like the Ride video on a song for a soundtrack? Her aim isn't to change her ideas or her style or budget to reach number 1 in the US.
