Tokyo Rose 1,475
Specifically from people who turned their back on Gaga with Born This Way? It's great they can finally recognize her talent, but if you can't appreciate her actual message, what's the point? I'd rather those "fans" not come back at all. Thoughts?

Jed 7,716
So our love for gaga can be validated. We know she truly is a talent and a force of nature, and the fact that other people are ignorant to that drives us crazy. Worse, people tease and make fun of us when we wear Gaga apparel or put on one of her songs. We have to watch other, not as talented popstars, get all the limelight and public attention. So when Gaga is praised, we take it as our own praise. It's people recognizing that we stan for her not only because she supports gays and wears fierce clothing. It's people realizing that we have been right all along.

That should be enough to finance all her endeavors.

That should be enough to finance all her endeavors. Oh trust me, I love how tightly knit we are. gaga wins so many online polls because we are banded so close together. Katy's fanbase is spread out and somewhat random. Her fans, more often than not, aren't pop stans. Just regular listeners of top 40 radio. Yes Katy has a following, but it is completely eclipsed by the cohesiveness and familial relationships that us Little Monsters have.

gagaisitalian 3,573
It's not about whether they get her message. Honestly, it's all about getting more people to buy her music, go to her tours. If we want to keep getting these amazing arena shows (the artRave was amazing whether you want to admit it or not), then Gaga has to be able to keep selling a majority of the tickets. I don't know about any of y'all, but I only really care about Gaga getting praise, because it's sort of confirms that she will stick around longer. And I don't want to see her go anywhere. Didymus 34,380
It's not like Gaga's a cult leader omg she is an artist and of course some people will just not like something she has to offer. God knows I didn't like some of the things she did and it's not like you "turn your back on her" if you just don't listen to her music for a while. Fandom doesn't have to be this serious, you know. That I can understand! But, my thought process when people leave the fanbase is "more Gaga for me". Like, if she just became a total hasbeen, at least us superfans would have that much more access to her. It probably sounds selfish LoL. And I do love hearing Gaga on the radio. So IDK
