She didn't like Hollywood superficiality or the "scene". She was enrolled in the the DRAMA dept of Tisch and has been a musical theatre kid her whole life. Of course she'll be interested in acting roles. I think Broadway is more natural a fit than TV or Movies but who knows. Gaga can do anything she applies herself too. I got so excited to hear she's going to be performing at the Oscars that I totally forgot about her walking the red carpet!! I hope she owns it like she did at the 2013 AMAs when she made her appearance and floored everyone! Oh, and don't misquote me. I'm not saying I want her to have an outrageous entrance. It was at a very similar point in her career as Gaga right now, and her look was strikingly similar to some of looks Gaga has been sporting lately, namely old Hollywood glamour.
