The Marvel Cinematic Universe literally features an alternate universe Avengers. Earth-199999. Anything can happen. And why not, right? He's such a good actor and it'd be interesting how they can pull it off.

I'd almost prefer they just leave it out completely, coz I hate feeling bad for Peter not being able to save his girlfriends, or end up with them in the end I mean I was throwing stuff around my room when Gwen died.

 

If I had the capacity to cry and feel sympathy, I would have cried.

Hands down Dylan. He  is exactly what I see when I think of the goofy funny nerd in the comics and the cartoons. He also makes a great villain. Besides that Stiles is Peter Parker without the powers.
