It's "Let It Rock" by Kevin Rudolf, one of my most played songs in middle school! Such a great song, I'm a huge fan of Em as well. The two of them are who got me into rap music. I find his voice super annoying, but How To Love isn't that bad. I think he's been wearing shorts mostly, I don't really keep up with him other than his music though. Knockout is my favorite song by him Album wise, The Carter 3, is one I listened to most, because my older cousin was obsessed with his music.
