Tumblr 1,846 Posted January 21, 2015 Share Posted January 21, 2015 she writes basic songs, she sings basic songs, if I recall correctly she once faked playing flute on stage, she performs in the most mediocre way possible and one doesn't have to be the smartest person to choose catchiest songs among the sea of basicness that Katy Perry calls an "album". she is less talented than Taylor, period. she might be on par with Rihanna "talent"-wise, but yet again, I don't have high opinion on the latter "singer" either. so what I'm saying is, Katy Perry is super basic and if you look for a word "mediocre" in a dictionary, her face must be the first thing that pops up. if the biggest awards in music industry will celebrate an "artist" such as Katy Perry, that will be one big fat travesty. Then why does Rihanna have Grammies? Clearly she is talented to have a Grammy no? Also taylor swift can write amazingly but her singing is on par with Katy.
