I imagine a lot of transpeople would consider that pretty insulting - who wants to be "other"?! They just want to be accepted as the gender they are. All facilities being gender-neutral would be another way to go.

"Trauma"

Meanwhile trans kids have real traumas and are killing themselves because of bullying and this horrible society :fat:

People are naturally very uncomfortable allowing someone of a different s-x into their washrooms.

That only works in single-occupant restrooms.

"The law would force students to identify their biological s-x and use the appropriate restroom."

Well, many might not like it, but its really the reality of someone. it is what it is.

Its like if a Dog dont want to be a dog anymore, because he feels like a cat all his life.

:flop:  please dont banned me

dont be fooled, dont be seduced by your feelings, theres a limit to everything.

and by the fined thing stated above, its  a really offensive but fair laws for everyone. :rip:

No, it doesn't only work in single-occupant facilities. It's already in operation in many places entirely successfully, and I know this because I have used them myself here in England, and elsewhere across the continent.

There's absolutely nothing "natural" about this supposed discomfort. If/when it exists, it's purely a reaction to convention, and can be changed. And should be changed.

People should mind their own fvcking business in a bathroom and assume that anyone else in there can read a sign and is there for a reason.

Okay, I don't know how you do things in Europe, but over here we wouldn't take too kindly to that. To say the least. It seems like there are some radical changes once ya move 4,700 miles east.

I always reckoned the signs weren't meant to represent gender identities, they were meant to represent biological s-x! Otherwise you could have men sauntering into the womens' and other such goings-on.

How can they be traumatized anyway?! :flop: What I suggest is that these poor traumatized children should just wear diapers and don't go to the ****ing toilets since they're the ones with the problem here not the trans students. And like I feel violetad by looking at this senator's pervy pedo face with that cheesy mustache, where do I demand justice for my eyes too?   :toofunny:

The thing is that cats and dogs are different species and men and women are not. :flop: It's very ignorant to say what you said, but I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and just assume that you're simply not educated on the subject. This is a gender issue and I really hope you do some research and rethink your statement, cause you're really wrong.

Why spend the money on that third category of bathrooms everywhere?

People are naturally uncomfortable about the idea which is human nature. So the trans people are uncomfortable too being made to go into the wrong bathroom. It seems unfair to say only the cisgendered people's discomfort is valid.

You can have pervy predatory people deliberately dressing up and going into the other restroom to get their kicks, but hasn't that always been possible?

I don't see any better solution than self-selection into your bathroom and then avoiding doing government payouts afterward.

They want acceptance for the gender they feel they are without having to go in a separate, 'miscellaneous' bathroom...

I see what your saying but the difference between man and woman is a couple chromosomes and the influence of some hormones. It can happen they get screwed around at birth and someone gets stuck with the wrong parts. Yes it is possible. It doesn't happen with being a cat vs being a dog and if it did, that's also not a human issue.
