It's a house and if you want to use it, you have to rent out the whole house for a longer period of time. Gaga, Diane, Spanky...they all have posted pics where you can see it's the same studio and tweeted about "jamming" in the studio on the exact same days. For example this pic Gaga posted http://instagram.com/p/x0qyAeJFGw/?modal=true was posted almost at the same time as this Diane's tweet where she was telling about this "this is sounding like a f***ing alltime classic..." Heck even her guitarist Ricky Tillo started following Diane few days ago and sent his congrats to her for her Oscar nom, hehh. omg the hot tea. Its obvious these are the same studios, I just don't think theres any reason to fully believe shes referring to a collab with Gaga specifically. But why not speculate, its plausible at least. Wouldn't it be weird that Leona Lewis and Adele are working in the same studio with Diane Warren as Lady Gaga in Malibu where Lady Gaga has a house (for the record)....
