Explicit area identifications involve San Francisco, Belgium, Russia, Boston, Dallas, Virginia, Amsterdam, Norway, Florida, Montreal, Finland, Lisbon, Luxembourg and Canberra. Also included are a few tips to the "lone wolves" to kill as many as possible or escape and a threat to release Cesium-131 (radioactive substance) as a new way to kill. We as humans need to learn to settle our differences or we can never expect to progress into the future.
