Morphine Prince 109,654 Posted January 12, 2015 Share Posted January 12, 2015 A French police commissioner has reportedly killed himself after meeting relatives of a victim murdered in the Charlie Hebdo massacre. Television station France 3 reported that Helric Fredou, 45, shot himself in his office on Wednesday night in Limoges, a city in central France. Commissioner Fredou had been the deputy director of the regional police since 2012 after beginning his career as a police officer in 1997. Colleagues told France 3 he was single and had no children, describing him as “depressed†and overworked. Luiz 4,253 Posted January 12, 2015 Share Posted January 12, 2015 It's probably just that he was so depressed and then this was just the tipping point for him :( yeah i'll admit i'm going through like a weird period rn and that whole morning i was following the hostage situation just made me feel horrible. like everything just felt so pointless. if he was depressed before all of this stuff i cant imagine how horrible he was feeling having to talk to the families of the deceased people who he was supposed to protect. its not his fault this happened but when someone is depressed they arent thinking very clearly :( I disapprove of what you say, but will defend to the death your right to say it.
